"I had a mixed experience during my stay. Upon arrival around 12:00 PM, I was informed at reception that my room was not ready and was asked to return at 3:00 PM. When I came back at approximately 3:00 PM, I was again told that the room was still not ready. The staff member who had assisted me earlier left without providing any update or solution. "The staff were incredible and very friendly. From the time we checked in we realized this is a very special hotel. The room was beautiful and the largest we had during our stay in Germany and Austria, with a very reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and offered many choices. This would be a great option for a longer stay as it was a relaxing environment and beautiful property outside."

"Location to the airport was great, but the shuttle service they provide is terrible. We waited an hour. Next time we’ll take the local bus. #512 leaves from basically the same area and travels the exact route as the shuttle. A lot cheaper too! As to the hotel our room had a musty smell. Beds were good but the whole place felt more like a motel not a hotel."
