"Our stay in the ‘Heritage cottage’ was exactly as described—quaint, cozy, and full of charm. The woodfire heater made it extra snug, and the setting was absolutely beautiful with rolling views and friendly alpacas, sheep, and chickens just outside. The welcome breakfast pack was a thoughtful touch, with fresh locally sourced bread, milk, juice, eggs, and bacon. "Very quiet and comfortable and close to alot of attractions. Also plenty of nessesary kitchen utensils and use of a washing machine and dryer. I would recommend staying here"

"We enjoyed our fourth stay at this beautiful property."

"We loved the farm animals, the birds, the dogs, the vistas, the quietness, the gardens, the owners - and the cute little suite that we stayed in. It had everything we needed and was a perfect spot to stay to check out Mole Creek, for our lunch at The Truffle Farm and to check out Deloraine. The place was beautifully clean and contained all that we needed. The bed was comfy, the wood fire was a little cracker and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was divine. We'd love to head out that way...

"Wonderful place for our family trip to Devonport. Being a midwinter trip we were worried it might be cold but plenty of extra blankets were provided and heating was great. Very comfortable beds including sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location for exploring don railway, penguins at Lilico beach and heading into Devonport. "

"The property was comfortable, clean & close to main town centre. The heat pump kept the lounge, kitchen & dining room very warm but as it is an older style house with a long hallway the bedrooms were very cold. The heater supplied in the main bedroom was very ineffective & the heater in the 2nd bedroom wasn't working. We had a small dog & the property was fully fenced but the back lawn was very long."

"Absolutely delightful staying here. Most comfortable accommodation we've had in a long time. Heater on and house warm when we arrived. Loved having the wood fire going with the farm views out the windows. Cannot fault the owners who were polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us on your farm!"

"We stayed there with our show dogs as we had a show in Ulverstone which was less than 15 mins away. Great secure backyard for dogs to relax in after the shows each day. And sat out with them on the front porch enjoying the lovely weather. Lovely and quiet area which was good as our dogs remained quiet too. House was a bit warm at night but very comfy overall. Had everything you need. "
