It was clean, stocked with paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The host was amazing at immediately answering any questions I had. I would recommend this house and this host for your next trip to Statesboro. Would be a great game day rental!"

"This is our 3rd time staying at this unit. Convenient location, great parking and roomy interior spaces. The unit could use a couple additional lamps and the upstairs bedroom would benefit from blackout curtains."

"Very nice location. Clean and well maintained house. Very comfortable beds. Missing some basic amenities like a toaster but we survived. Just very nice to have the space to visit with family and friends in a peaceful location. "

"We enjoyed the seclusion of the property and the dock/pond area the most. Great to get out of the city of Statesboro with all of the crowds during graduation week. Would stay again! "

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The house is simply charming. Lovely blooming flowers. Plenty of space. Host is wonderful! Little snacks & water left in the house when you arrive. Loved the craw foot tub! Definitely would book again!"

"Wonderful home with a pool. Great house for our vacation. A couple minor issues to mention: 1) Reached out to Mngt Company to ask about TV's in bedrooms. There were none showing in the pics, so i asked. I was told 2 of the 3 rooms were equipped with TV's. No room had a TV except living room. I had to buy one since we didn't bring one. 2) The house could use some extra cleaning. Under furniture, in cabinets, mainly places that wouldn't get touched as often. Overall we had a great time and...
