Situated as the end unit in a charming triplex, this unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With an open-concept living area, contemporary decor, and a host of luxurious amenities, your stay promises to be nothing short of exceptional. Located in the center of the market district, you're just moments away from the best that Statesboro and Georgia Southern University have to offer.



    The Space:

    Each of the four bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, which makes it perfect for groups of friends, workers, or family members to have their own private space. This unit has a large living room, kitchen and dining room that is great for when everyone wants to congregate. Perfectly designed for multiple families or friends, It is the end unit of a triplex.



    Guest Access:

    You will have private access to the entire unit.

    Nestled in the Market district, this quiet neighborhood offers a serene backdrop for your stay. And the best part? You are less than 5-minutes from everything, including restaurants, shopping, and convenient grocery stores.



    From our driveway it is: 0.5 miles to Walmart Neighborhood Market, 2.8 miles to Publix, 2.8 mile to Bull & Barrel Steakhouse,



    Best of all, for all Ga Southern events it is less than 2 miles to any activity on campus

    1.6 miles to Paulson Stadium, 1.2 miles to Hanner Fieldhouse, 1.6 miles to Clements Stadium



    Getting Around:

    Our central location means you're conveniently close to Georgia Southern University, making our home a perfect choice for visiting parents, alumni, and prospective students. You'll also find easy access to major highways for exploring the wider area, and we offer ample parking for your convenience.



    Other Things to Note:

    We are located in a triplex. The unit next door is also available for rent to accommodate larger groups. Please be kind and courteous to our neighbors and be mindful of noise in the evening hours.



    Pets are welcome! There is a $50 per pet fee.

The small fenced back yard was perfect for letting our dog out. The property is spacious enough for a large family. The welcome basket with waters and snacks was a pleasant surprise. The location was ideal and very convenient to food, shopping and campus. We visit Statesboro twice a year and this is our favorite property yet!

Great Location

This was a great place for 4 couples to stay. We were there for a football game and the location is very close to campus. Highly recommend if you have a group that needs a place to stay as each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom.

The home was a great place to stay for us because of the bedroom to bathroom ratio. We were very happy overall. The bedding could have been a little cleaner, however, that being said it would not stop me from renting again.

Perfect location

The house was perfect with four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom! The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need. The best part of the stay was definitely the location! So close to everything! Thank you!

Quiet but close to everything

Property is in a residential area a short distance from main highway. Coffee shops, groceries and restaurants within a short walking distance. We were close to everything. Fenced in yard for our dog was an added bonus.

Perfect for family visit

We needed a place for several family members to stay while attending a wedding and Eagle's Refuge was just right. The four bedroom-four bath arrangement worked perfectly for us, along with generous family gathering space. The grill and outdoor furniture in the back yard were a welcome bonus and used during our stay. The location is also convenient to the Georgia Southern campus, fast food restaurants and grocery stores. We could walk to the botanical garden. All in all....a perfect place for our family.

Eagles Refuge

Excellent property! Comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 2 small toddlers. Loved that each of the 4 bedrooms had its own full size bathroom. Property was very very clean, well stocked and room for all 25 family members at our sit-down Thanksgiving dinnrr using 3 banquet tables and chairs a local family member provided. The property manager was also great. We added two days to our stay and will definitely stay again.
