"This hotel is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. The staff were great, amenities are beautiful and well thought out. The housekeeping staff are incredible - they bring you cookies and water every night! The restaurant downstairs is incredible as well - I highly recommend paying the bit extra for complimentary breakfast. 10/10, our new go to hotel when staying in NYC. "

"This is our new favorite hotel in NYC. The room was spotless, quiet, and simply a higher standard than other hotels we've stayed in throughout NYC. We did get room service and the food was excellent as well. And then Eddie, the concierge, was always on the spot and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Lovely property in the heart of the financial district with many option to the subway to get you to most areas of manhattan and further afield. "Great location, much quieter than midtown yet easy access to the subway network so could get everywhere quickly. Rooms were great - we had a 4-bedroom unit which was perfect for a couple and 3 teenagers. Lots of eateries and bars nearby.
