"Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling."

"The check-in was a little confusing with the digital locks, but the staff talked me through it easily. It was nice to be able to text an actual person. I will definitely be back there. It’s the perfect location and still very quiet."

"What an amazing place to stay. Older property yet, newly remodeled. Property is security gated. Good sized pool, your choice chairs or cabanas to enjoy your day. Very clean. Junior day check-in staff very cordial, has knowledge of surroundings areas to help you get where you need to go. Junior always cleaning the lobby to included the free breakfast area after breakfast is served. All staff is helpful whether it be administration or housekeeping. Scott in housekeeping went beyond expectation...

"Room was alright. Minor maintenance issues (noisy A/C, small hole in bathtub, no fan in bathroom (so was very steamy after a shower), and wall was bowed out in one spot. Beds were comfortable and fridge worked. Staff was excellent! Good stay for the price overall!"
