"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling."

"This place is nothing but a flop house for prostitutes and drug dealers. Mold in the rooms and filth everywhere. Avoid at all cost."

"Room was alright. Minor maintenance issues (noisy A/C, small hole in bathtub, no fan in bathroom (so was very steamy after a shower), and wall was bowed out in one spot. Beds were comfortable and fridge worked. Staff was excellent! Good stay for the price overall!"

"I called Expedia and told them I would not stay at the hotel because it was so awful and dirty. The door did not have a proper lock on it and no dead-bolt lock in a very dangerous neighborhood. The property was supposed to have a pool, but the pool was drained. Holes were in the bathroom door. I had a friend living in Tucson so I called her up and she was willing to let me stay with her while I attended a meeting but I want my money back on this hotel. I never stayed in the room. The...
