"The property is an 18th century coach house so don’t expect brand new anything, that being said the place is full of character, but the most important part of this inn are the excellent staff, mostly Maureen (Mo) and Gracie. They were superbly professional yet warm and welcoming and made our 2 day stay a pleasure. The food was excellent (well done Becca) with a great choice. The room was spotless and clean as was the bathroom, would definitely go back and probably will. Well done all."

"The property was located in a quiet picturesque setting, greeted and supported very professionally by the owner. A very spacious, well appointed property. Fantastic location a mere 5 minute drive to Newcastle airport, yet off the flight path so slept perfectly. "

"Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle. Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport."

"The location of the property was good, although we found the low ceiling height in places a problem and the sofa was too soft for our ageing bones. We were disappointed that the owner didn't refer to the planned building work in their hair salon downstairs. This caused disruption across two days of our break. "

"I had a fantastic stay at The Bridges B&B. The hosts were wonderful, so friendly, which was lovely for someone, like me, travelling alone. The room was spotless with little touches such as different types of tea on offer and a chocolate treat on the bedside table. Breakfast was lovely too. It was a perfect location to explore the wonderful Northumberland area."
