"We arrived quite late, gone midnight. Reception was open and ready to receive us. We were warmly welcomed and upon check in, our room was upgraded, which was a really nice thing. Once at our room, it all came together, there was birthday cake fresh fruit and sweet treats left for my daughter, which was absolutely amazing! "This hotel is worth every penny - the spa, tennis courts, the gym, the pools, the private beach, the breakfast, the restaurants. The staff were all so lovely, attentive and hospitable. We were upgraded to a pool terrace room which was enormous, with high and Roman style bathrooms. Would stay here again! "

"Overall fantastic stay at Sheraton Montaza - perfect location, had the Presidential Suite and another room. Great price, great experience and staff. Pool, beach, workout room. They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair). My only feedback they should be more flexible with later checkout (we came at 9pm and checked out 1 pm) and paid much higher rate on the rooms because of a last minute booking. However they...

"Hello, my reservation was for August 5th-11th, but I arrived late, and that wasn't a problem. I was hesitant when I chose this hotel. But throughout my stay, I realized I made the right choice. The reception staff were very friendly and understanding, and they helped me with everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and everything in the room was exactly as pictured. The room was cleaned daily, with new towels and toiletries daily, and a clean bed...

"Hotel is very old, walls, doors windows and furniture are filthy. in general the facility is very clean but bedding are worn up and stained. It has a splendid view of the Mediterranean, though very noisy, partly because of the extreme traffic and partly because of the poor isolation of windows. Location is very good"
