"We stay here for a family wedding. My 3 kids and their families and my wife and I stayed here. Super backyard for my grandkids to play. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this sweet spot. It was cozy and comfortable and well-stocked. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. We had everything we need and were close to lots of places. Parking and arrival were easy. On-site laundry was a bonus. Thanks so much!"

"Lovely older restored home with beautiful woodwork in the heart of Boone, walk to everything. Near state parks and the Iowa Arboretum, ISU, etc. Very well equipped and the host communication was excellent. Recommend!"

"This home was the right size for our three generations of family. The kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools in the kitchen while the adults ate at the large dining room table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waterfall. "

"From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. "Due to a last minute change Heath allowed us to have my son’s college graduation party at this house in the afternoon. It worked perfect to stay at and accommodated us perfectly. "
