"This was a great place to stay. While atypical from your standard hotel service wise. It was a great value option that was actually nice. The room was very nice, clean with some cool technical features. The electronic access also made things pretty smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay"

"The bed matress was super yellow and stained. We contacted the hotel that changed us room in a different locatiln. We lost a lot of time but find our way finally."

"Excellent communication from start to finish
With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
