"I’ve been to MANY stays all around the world and we had a whole bunch of stuff go wrong on our end and if it wasn’t for the incredible hosts we had that helped us as well as welcomed us so warmly we would still be stuck and in travel trouble. I’m so grateful to have had the best hosts who treated us personally and caringly. What a beautiful place, very big, plenty of space for the 3 kids and super close to beautiful scenery and lakes. I’m so grateful!"

"Bedden goed, ruim appartement, schoon.
Vriendelijke ontvangst en hulp tussendoor.
Locatie fijn dichtbij bushalte en centrum.
Veel van het interieur sterk verouderd versleten of kapot. Ook buitenmeubelen en overkapping versleten en kapot.
Hele slechte wifi waardoor tv niet werkt.
Te weinig stopcontacten bijvoorbeeld ontbrekend bij 1 bedlampje.
Kookmateriaal heel summier."

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable.
The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site.
We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business.
The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important "

"Lovely property, close to transport. Zug is a beautiful safe area. Only downside, there was no air con in the apartment."
