"This place was perfect for our family. We were able to prepare meals in the room and the room was quite comfortable. The property was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful view from our balcony. We enjoyed having the restaurant right on property, along with the bar and their various entertainment opportunities. The property is on a very steep hill, there were people walking it daily, but I would not recommend that. "

"My problem was that my bathroom shower drain had hair in it and the floors wasn’t clean. Sticky and slippery. Also if there’s no towels and wash cloths on the rack where they belong look under neath the sink in the cabinet. The room was awesome awesome though. "

"This property was so fun. It is on a big hill so hard to walk up but the view is beautiful. The room was very nice. Would definitely stay there again"

"It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. The location was close to Red Hook, where you could catch ferries and boats for any day-trips. It also has several restaurants to explore. The notebook the owner provided included a lot of info...

"Wonderful! This is a gorgeous house, well designed for large groups. All appliances work, including the hot tub. We expect to be back next summer."

"Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. "This house is just perfect for a couples trip. Panoramic views for days. Sunset views every single night. It was so nice to be on the beach all day and then come home to relax in the pool away from everybody. It’s super close to a grocery store that has everything you need for the week. We cooked at home two of the nights and the kitchen had everything we would need. We loved sitting on the covered patio and just staring at the ocean every morning and night. Communication with the property...

"We loved our stay at Arc du Soleil. The property was magnificent. Super clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were open air and bedrooms were air conditioned, temps were comfortable in both areas. The views were some of the best we have ever had. The team was very responsive if we needed anything. I would love to stay here again if back in St. John."
