This 1 Bedroom Suite is newly renovated, inspired by the chic, jetsetter lifestyle. It can accommodate 2-4 guests, featuring a queen sized naturally hypoallergenic and antimicrobial memory foam mattress, eco-friendly amenities which include LED lightening, energy star appliances and sure-wood forest products, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, flat screen TV with cable, Bluetooth iPod compatible radio, pull out couch, ceiling fan and air-conditioning – or just simply open up the balcony doors to enjoy the trade winds and relax to the soothing sound of rolling waves.

Discover the spectacular beaches surrounding the resort! Stroll down to Pineapple Beach, or take an adventurous walk through the resort’s nature trail to the secluded Sugar Beach. The resort’s 15-acre island preserve also includes three pools with sun decks, nestled on the hillside. We had a wonderful stay! very clean. Billy was great! Very responsive. Close to Red Hook and many beaches. Property was well maintained and there is a little bar grill right there that was a fun place. gated resort. Thankyou!

The host sent the incorrect Wi-Fi name and password, then the correct one late. The structure itself was not well-maintained as there were cracks, rust, dingy towels, and ants in the kitchen. The air mattress for my two children leaked air, and there were no extra blankets, although one was provided later. The hot water also ran out by the fourth shower.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and Billy was great, but we were unimpressed with several parts of the unit and a big inconsistency with the listing. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use. Beyond that listing inconsistency, the room was overall fine, with the exception of an obviously poorly-done and dated bathroom. The shower floor tile was laid unevenly so water pooled on the far end and had to be swept to the drain during and after being used. The floor tile through the bathroom so badly needed a deep clean as the white grout was stained black in more places than not. The wall tile grout was cracking and crumbling. In the bedroom, there were moisture stains on the wall dripping beneath the mirror. It felt like the unit had been renovated and only ever surface cleaned, but like it hadn’t been deep cleaned ever, which is probably due to lazy housekeeping. Besides these issues, Billy was great and the location was excellent.

Beautiful beaches, convenient location

We loved our stay the Paradise Resort. They have the cutest beach on the property, called Sugar Beach. There is the best bar/restaurant down next to the water. Food , drinks and company were very enjoyable. The condo was clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There was a whole list of recommendations for restaurants, beaches to visit and things to do, that come with our instructions. They were complete and easy to follow.The condo needs some TLC as far as maintenance, furniture and the likes. It does have everything you'd need for a vacation.

Escape to Paradise

Perfect getaway for a romantic stay. We did enjoy the beaches and amenities that were on or close to the resort. Make sure you do your laundry early. The security guards close the guest laundromat and will not open it back up.

A Pleasant stay!

This Point Pleasant condo is very comfortable and in a great location! Red Hook and the ferry are only a 5 minute drive, and we could walk to Margaritaville, Coki Beach and Picasso Coffee Shop. Point Pleasant has 3 nice pools, Sugar beach, and 2 restaurants. Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was our favorite! We worked during our extended stay and had a great internet connection with the new fiber line they just installed! Billy was a great host! He was always quick to respond! Point Pleasant is built into a hill so there are lots of steps wherever you go. However they offer a shuttle service to help people get around the resort.We would definitely recommend this unit and Point Pleasant!

Point Pleasant

The location of Point Pleasant Resort is fantastic, and the resort itself is beautiful. The highlight of our stay was the Sun & Sea Bar & Grill restaurant. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was quite good. Our suite was nice, and we enjoyed our stay overall; however, it could benefit from some updates and maintenance. The description stated that the suite would accommodate four people and included a sleeper sofa, but that was not the case, so our daughter had to sleep on the couch. There was a small air mattress in the closet that could technically fit a fourth person. While the air conditioner in the bedroom did not cool effectively, the unit in the living room worked well. Additionally, we experienced frequent power outages during our stay, and the resort does not have backup generators, so it’s important to be prepared for that. The host was very helpful and made efforts to accommodate us as best he could from a distance. Overall, Point Pleasant was a positive experience, and I would consider staying here again.

The property was really nice—perfect for my husband and I. There wasn’t a balcony like in the picture as it belonged to the neighbor. But the views were still amazing. Definitely did not bring the proper suitcase for the stairs though… Lol.

5 weeks in paradise

The condo was perfect for our 5 week stay. We had plenty of room for our belongings, but would recommend getting extra hangers. We had questions early on and Billy was very responsive to our questions. The front and back patio landscaping needs some TLC but this is the responsibility of Point Pleasant.

Paradise

We loved Point Pleasant Resort and E11 was perfect for 2-3 adults. It was great to arrive and have the necessities already on site (except starter coffee grounds) and we really appreciated the masks/snorkels/bug spray/books/games/etc. The description said pull out couch which has been replaced with a regular couch (more comfortable) and there was a queen blow-up mattress with a slow leak (impossible to prevent I'm pretty sure). The master bed was in a separate room and was very comfortable. It's built into a hillside so expect to climb stairs to get to the pools and restaurants although there is a shuttle service on site. We would recommend renting a car if you are comfortable driving on the left.

This property is on a hillside, a lot of steps and walking. I am handicap, and this resort is Not Handicap accessible!! I was however, moved to a more accessible condo. All the staff was very kind and caring.

Great stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean and quite comfortable for the two of us and had everything that we needed. The property is located very close to two of the resorts pools (which were never busy), the onsite restaurant and a quick walk to nearby beaches. I would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible unit and property, bar none

Just loved this property! It was located in a resort, so there was access to restaurants, a shuttle, and services to prepare taxis, store bags as needed, etc. There was a tour running onsite that was well suited to my interests, and everyone was friendly and professional. Security was great, always felt safe day and night. The unit itself was r scaly as presented, clean, bright, with 2 sitting areas and a lovely view. It was also well positioned to reach all the amenities. Billy communicated clearly and promptly to all my questions when booking, and addressed the small issues that arose upon arrival, like connecting to wifi and a code for the safe. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend it to anyone and return in future as well.

Needs Basic Upgrade of Property

We were greeted by a sliding screen door that was broken and made entry and exit a challenge. The TV did not work and continuously showed a “No Signal” message. The biggest problem was the broken pullout sofa. My wife seriously injured her finger trying to fold the pullout to sofa mode. The sofa was broken and could not be stowed properly - no matter what we did. We notified the owner immediately. It took two full days to address the broken sofa. During that two day period the sofa could not be used for sitting or sleeping. We returned back after being out for the day and the sofa was folded back in place, but clearly still broken. We received NO message from the owner as to what the issue was or whether or not we could use the sofa safely. And the owner never inquired about my wives injured finger. On a lesser note, there were three interior lights that were not operational (probably just needed bulb replacement). The key to the front door or the lock needs repair as it was difficult to unlock. I plan to send photos of the broken sofa mechanism and my wife’s bloody and injured finger to the owner and Point pleasant Resort management.

Birthday getaway

Nice location. Quiet condo complex. Enjoyed the views and the relaxation for our week getaway. Condo was clean and didn’t have any real issues. I contacted the owner because the one TV wasn’t working, he was in touch with maintenance immediately and it was taken care of the same day. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Love the views! The entire resort is kinda secluded from near shopping or other restaurants . But enjoyed peace and quiet. Stairs and hills that you have to walk up/down so be prepared for that.

Great stay

From the time we checked in to Billy’s place we felt right at home. The unit was clean and as described. The condo is nestled in the hills of point pleasant overlooking the ocean and steps to our choice of pools, nature trails, and your own personal beach perfect for a cocktail or a quite place in the morning to collect your thoughts. Renting a car is a must here in St. Thomas but the unit is twenty minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from red hook and ferry service to St.John and the best restaurants on the island. Loved our stay, don’t want to leave!

Our experience with this rental property was so so. First we had to get through the extra charge for an infant. Owner said wear and tear and increase in utilities ( the baby is 1 1/2 years old). After going back and forth between him and VRBO we got that refund. We ended up arriving a day early which the owner was accommodating with luckily the unit was empty and we were able to book the extra day. We were unable to use the sofa bed because part of it was caved in. A few days into our stay a roach/ water bug was on the curtain. The owner had the place sprayed and then the bugs started popping up everywhere. The Ac in the living room leaked water everywhere so we couldn’t use that was Wednesday and it took to Sunday to have it fixed. The picture of the private beach turned out to be full of rocks so there was no where to sit or let the baby play. The water activities that you can rent on the property have been shut down since Covid started. Which was disappointing cause I’m the days we wanted to stay on the property to do activities we were unable to instead we left and rented else where. The Lobby staff and the staff at Shoreline bar & grill were amazing. We made the best of our stay. Also be ready to walk up and down the stairs and the stree that is a steep hill. Called for a shuttle but it wasn’t always available.

Can't wait to return

We had a wonderful month in St. Thomas. After a few hiccups were taken care of promptly, we had a great stay. Loved sitting out on the porch in the afternoon falling asleep with the ocean breeze. Billy was very quick to get back to us and get any problem addressed. Very nice place.

USVI Condo

Very nice condo, halfway up the resort. Clean, neat, easy access which was located very conveniently to pools, restaurants, and beaches. Very safe location with nice people throughout.
