"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "The hotel, guest rooms, restaurant, and service were excellent. We loved our hotel room - junior suite XL for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The walk to Old Town area was farther than I thought, but I found a bus stop just outside of the hotel through the OBB mobile app that was fast. You can walk to the train station for more eating options."

"Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Salzburg. Easy walking distance to several attractions nearby. Very modern and clean rooms and fantastic breakfast as well as cafe/bar. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating for our stay. In fact, we had lost a bag on a city bus the day we arrived. The front desk staff overheard our situation, and thanks to their help, we were able to track down the bag and save our vacation! 5 stars for the Arthotel Blaue Gans!"

"Ich war Mitte Mai 2025 für 1 Übernachtung in der ROSENVILLA. Das Anmeldeprocedere mit dem jungen Herrn war ein wenig unbeholfen holprig, aber alles Andere dann sehr schön. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, alles sehr sauber, die große Matraze super angenehm und das Umfeld draußen sehr ruhig. Ich konnte entspannt mit geöffneter Balkontür schlafen. "Good size, updated room with air conditioning. This hotel was the first one we’ve had on this trip that had an outlet in the bathroom for curling wand. Breakfast was good with large variety.
