"Absolutely outstanding.. booked to go to reggae land festival with my daughter for 3 nights . From the first day we were spoilt rotten. Big selection for breakfast and no request is to much .. "The owner was was very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The guest house was beautifully decorated & furnished & spotlessly clean. The shower in my ensuite bathroom was very spacious & easy to access. "Loved staying at Furtho Manor Farm, a warm welcome and room comfortable. All essentials provided even use of the fridge in the dining room. Had a lovely walk around the grounds, stunning area great buildings. Lots of wildlife. Very central location, close to the entertainment complex and Woburn. Yummy breakfast to start the day. "A wonderful older hotel and restaurant. I stayed in the tiny single room - this is not a complaint, it’s a great little room for one person. Some people in reviews have complained about road noise - they should be realistic about their expectations. It’s an old property right next to a road. If you are someone that’s sensitive to road noise"

"Had room overlooking canal basin. Very hot but fan in room. Fridge microwave and crockery provided with list of local takeaways. Was Stonehouse restaurant next door which was ok as no onsite restaurant. Steep stairs to first floor and no lift seen. Parking ok. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I stayed here after ReggaeLand and was so impressed. The hotel was clean and bed comfy, Breakfast was delicious and hot and well presented. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again. "
