"They don’t make the daily room cleaning, but in a 2 days basis. It lacks maintenance and the Facilities are old."

"The hotel and staff are fabulous. We booked a suite. We were put in the Rhythm tower. We were fine with the room except the sink was slow to drain, and the sofa had some stains. I went to the front desk the following day to ask for a sheet to throw over the sofa. They insisted we should move to another ..."
