"After 20 min queing for check in, the recepcionist takes our ID and says: “you are coming through Expedia right?, so there is no room for you. You need to go to another hotel”. All this with our booking confirmation in hands. No way to negociate. No apologize. People behind us got their room, probably because they were Germans.
