  • View at Belyars Croft es un lujoso apartamento en planta baja de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con acceso nivelado desde el aparcamiento. Hay un espacio de estacionamiento para autos, una verdadera ventaja en los ocupados meses de verano, cuando puede ser prácticamente imposible estacionar cerca de la ciudad.

    La espaciosa sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina de planta abierta tiene grandes ventanas, con un asiento junto a la ventana y puertas francesas que enmarcan súper vistas sobre el jardín comunitario a través de la bahía de St Ives.

    Está equipado generosamente, esperamos con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones relajantes y memorables en St. Ives. Hay acceso a través de las puertas francesas a su propia área privada cubierta y pequeña hierba, con una mesa y 4 sillas.

    En el exterior también encontrará una tienda de bicicletas para que los huéspedes aseguren sus bicicletas.

    Se encuentra en la zona de Belyars de St Ives, una ubicación tranquila pero a la vez de fácil acceso a las hermosas playas y el ajetreo de esta animada ciudad cosmopolita.

Very nice apartment. Be careful when parking .the cap on the top of the wall.is at a perfect height for digging the car door. Was a lovely place to stay. In a great place to get around. Easy walk to town. And was so clean.the wine and scones were a nice touch

The owners were fabulous, clear instructions making the check in and put very easy.The apartment was superb, beautifully appointed in a fantastic location. We were walking the SWCP, so it was a welcome spot of luxury at the end of each day. Thank you!

Lovely stay with everything I needed. Having a parking space in St Ives is a great bonus. Location is good as long as you welcome the exercise walking up hill from town, lots of taxis are available.The leisure centre is very close which I used when the weather was poor. All was good I would book again.

A Week in St Ives

We very much enjoyed our stay. It's a short walk into the centre of St Ives, downhill into town, uphill coming back.

Great apartment

We had such a lovely stay, perfect apartment spotlessly clean but still felt homely. The kitchen is really well equipped and the thoughtful extras like milk in the fridge and basket of goodies was very much appreciated after a long drive. Great location for a short walk down to the harbour or beach. Would happily stay again and recommend to everyone!

Fantastic short break

Lovely property with parking, in walking distance of the town centre and Porthminster beach. We had a fantastic few nights and the flats was comfy, cosy and well equipped with a lovely outlook including sea peeps and a view across to Godrevy. A great find for us!

Sunny St.Ives

An excellent apartment which is very well presented and would highly recommend to anybody taking a trip to wonderful St.Ives. A short walk into town and the parking space is a must in St. Ives as it gets very busy. A perfect base for a short break or a week as we did and I am sure we will return.

Wonderful stay! Clean! Cozy! Just as advertised. Highly recommended. Stayed with my 86 year old mother and we walked to and from the beach twice. Was it easy? Nope but we did it.Taxis are plentiful and I also recommend Kohn and Mel at Chard Cars St. Ives. They picked us up at St. Erth and drove us to the flat. The whole stay was brilliant!!

Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with parking.

Had a lovely stay in this bright, spacious and modern apartment, Very well equipped and clean. Smart terrace and small garden with a sea view. Good location- downhill into St Ives. Would definitely go back.

Lovely clean appartment

This was a lovely clean modern apartment every thing you needed was there.The only downside for me was the quite steep hill to get to it but taxi's from the town centre are only about £5 and it was definitely worth it but all in all we had a wonderfull stay.

A Return Visit

Very nice apartment, have stayed before a few years ago. Ideal for two couples. The use of the park and ride to get to the town is the best option from Erith Station. The owner very helpful and obliging.

Good location & great value for money, especially given it is in St Ives New looking modern apartment with two bedrooms & two bathrooms & sea view & added bonus of parking. Nice touch to have a welcoming pack including milk, wine, chocolates & clotted cream tea, along with a welcome note, thankyou.

Well-kept accommodation in a lovely location

Close to the center of St. Ives and yet quiet. The living area in particular was spacious. In my opinion, the complex consists exclusively of vacation apartments and is in a well-kept condition. Everything worked without any problems. We felt comfortable.

1st time in St Ives

Property was as advertised and described. But that’s not doing it justice. We’ll equipped and very clean, useable deck area and a sea view. Very quiet, with the exception of some building work at the neighbouring building, but that will be temporary. Welcome pack and note from the owners was a nice touch on arrival. Very convenient for town, but it is an uphill climb on the way back. Parking on site was a god send and a must in this resort.
