  • Ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca de Trewyn Gardens, el lujoso 3 The Elms está lleno de peculiaridades de diseño y se beneficia de los lugares de estacionamiento asignados.

    Las amplias habitaciones, la puerta principal privada y el patio exterior lo hacen sentir como en una casa, no en un apartamento.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con accesorios de alta calidad. La sala de estar es un gran espacio con los pisos de madera y la chimenea ornamental que es muy acogedora.

    3 The Elms tiene curas de estilo mediterráneo y una sensación de alta calidad en todo. El cuidadoso equilibrio entre carácter, lujo y contemporáneo en este espacioso apartamento lo distingue.

    Si planea reunirse con amigos o familiares durante las vacaciones, estará perfectamente ubicado para recibir a las personas en una visita de un día. Con un WC adicional, un amplio espacio para comer y un montón de asientos en general, es un lugar fácil para pasar el tiempo.

    El alojamiento consta de un hall de entrada que conduce a todas las habitaciones.

    El comedor de la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para preparar una tormenta. Un horno doble, lavavajillas, máquinas de café y un montón de asientos. La barra de desayuno es muy útil y la unidad central mantiene la cocina sociable.

    Diríjase a la sala de estar y encontrará obras de arte interesantes que adornan las paredes, una chimenea ornamental, grandes ventanales y un televisor.

    Al final del pasillo hay dos amplias habitaciones de tamaño king con baño privado con ducha. Ambos cuentan con buen almacenamiento, camas king size flotantes y muebles de alta calidad.

    Ambos baños tienen calentadores de toallas, duchas empapadas (y duchas normales).

    3 The Elms también se beneficia de un cuarto de servicio con lavadora y secadora separadas. También tendrás un WC separado para los visitantes.

    Afuera, ha asignado estacionamiento para un automóvil y un espacio en el patio trasero.

    Una de las mejores cosas de esta propiedad es su proximidad a restaurantes, bares, tiendas y playas.

This is an excellent property for anyone staying in St Ives. Very easy to access with a proper parking space and plenty of room to spread out which is rare in St Ives. Easy walk from the apartment to anywhere in the town and beaches. Despite a couple of cleanliness issues that were resolved very quickly I would not hesitate to stay again

This is a spacious and very well equipped and furnished flat. It is in an extremely convenient location for access to St Ives shopping and restaurants. The on site parking is a real bonus for such a central and busy location. I highly recommend this offering.

We were really impressed with our accommodation. It had its own parking space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were only minutes from the harbour, a pocket park, and the shops and cafes.

This was our second stay at 3 The Elms. And we had an idyllic week. Summer time in St Ives is busy and the flat is next to a public garden and workshop. Yes, there was more noise than we experienced at New Year but it did not disrupt our holiday. The flat had everything we needed including a cooling fan, and ice in the fridge dispenser. Very thoughtful given the heatwave. The location is excellent for all beaches and the harbour. Really recommend Ardour restaurant and Cintra Seafood Bar on the harbour. We will be coming back.

Absolutely stunning appartment with central St Ives location. Modern luxurious furnishings and the most comfortable beds! Hosts were impeccable with their communication and allowed us an earlier check in and accomdated us parking for a few hours after check out, which was most appreciated. I would highly recommend 3 The Elms and we will definitely be back!

Great Place in the centre of St. Ives

This is a wonderful, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated flat. It is located in the centre of St Ives and yet quiet (with the exception of the cries of the seagulls ;-). The carport is very valuable, spacious and easily accessible.

Elms st ives

The location is in the centre of St Ives but still quiet enough and next to a small garden area.Parking is ample and under cover. Recycling is set out great.The property is very spacious, bedrooms are lovely both with ensuite. Outside area is great especially if you have with pets with you. Kitchen is well equipped and top of the range. Everything you need is there. Host communicates quickly. I've stayed in lots of places in St Ives over the decades and this one is one of the best. Tere is no seaview but walk 2 mins and your on the harbour.Great place.

Great apartment

Cannot fault the apartment, 3 the elms st ives.Great location,parking under cover in carport. Apartment has everthing you need for a great stay. Would stay again. The only issue we had was the road upto house, cars parking on road upto house difficult at times to drive upto house,, was told nothing can be done to stop parking on road,. Also we would of loved a easy guide to all electrical appliances leaving out say in a book or folder when we arrived on table. for dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine. Had to go on you tube to work out how to use. But dont let this put you off. Great apartment. Cheers.

Excellent

A wonderful place to stay, literally a 1-minute walk to St Ives harbour. Beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The dedicated parking is a real bonus. We had a great stay and found the property manager very helpful and friendly too. We would definitely stay here again
