Spacious and Beautiful Private Room located only 30 minutes from Zion!

We are located in the quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood of Toquerville. We are less than 25 miles from Zion National Park, and St. George. We are just minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Red Cliffs Conservation area, and I-15. There's lots of opportunities for hiking, biking, and OHV trails. In additions to the numerous activities, we believe that our neighborhood atmosphere is a rare find. We hope you leave echoing the Toquerville City slogan: It's the People! The large master bedroom has a private entrance with a keypad lock, ample convenient parking, a comfortable queen size bed, a leather sofa, a 60" T.V. with Netflix access, and a beautiful master bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, and a jet tub. The room also offers a microwave, mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. We offer a light breakfast of coffee (sugar and creamer provided), muffins, fruit cups, yogurt, and granola.

This is basically a mother-in-law’s quarters within a single detached home in a very quiet little neighborhood well outside, but conveniently close to, larger towns like Hurricane, Springdale and Saint George. It’s located roughly halfway between the Kolob Canyons section of Zion NP and the main Zion Canyon. If you plan to visit both sections, its location could not be more ideal. If you value quietude while on an outdoorsy vacation like I do, this is very much the place to stay.

This was the perfect stay for my wife and I. Very quiet and comfortable, out of the tourist rush in the peaceful town of Toquerville. All the accommodations were wonderful; the jetted tub was perfect after a long day in the sun climbing the red rocks and exploring the beauty of the area. The delicious muffins and yogurt provided every morning gave us a need quick meal before taking on our adventures. Cindy was very friendly and responsive to any questions me might have.We will definitely be booking here for our yearly spring break trips, if available.

This was the perfect spot for us as we explored Zion National Park. It’s a central location to two entrances of the park. We found this spacious room clean and comfortable and our host was very easy to reach. She also gave us some great information prior to our arrival. There were also very nice little touches that we appreciated, like the fresh muffins and yogurt along with the Keurig. We felt safe here and after a long day of hiking, it was the perfect place to rest because it was a peaceful neighborhood with a lot of privacy.

Our hosts Cindy & Russ were very accommodating. The FIL was also very kind.The space was clean and our hosts provided everything we needed. It is also quite close to restaurants, grocery & Zion which was our focus point.The breakfast was simple, quick & practical and very much appreciated. It certainly came in handy.Thank you both for having us & your hospitality. We would certainly stay here again when visiting.

This was a nice stay. It was clean and quiet.Would have liked a few more “kitchen items”, such as extra utensils, cups, and plates (even if plastic). Sheets seemed clean but not newer, and only one soap dispenser for 2 sinks.

Zion Bed and Breakfast/Toquerville, UT

Our stay was amazing! The property owners were friendly and attentive.Our accommodations were clean, cozy, yet spacious, and peaceful; the atmosphere was very relaxing. It was off the main house yet private and quiet. The living space was perfect for my husband and me. It included a 50-inch TV with Netflix access, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with a jet-driven tub. (Amazing!)Cindy, our hostess, stayed in contact with us, making sure we were comfortable. She provided a simple breakfast of yogurt, granola, muffins, and coffee each morning. Excellent location. Cindy also provided us with a list of restaurants and activities all within 30 minutes of the property. We will definitely be going back! Thanks Cindy!

This was a room set off from the home of the host. Very quiet, private. Nice breakfast food in refrigerator. Comfortable beds. Easy access to Zion National Park. Away from the crowds. We found a good Thai place for take out supper in the next town.

We were very happy with our stay. Hostess was friendly and very accommodating. It was about 30 minute drive to Zion, about 7 minutes to closest grocery store and dining options. Great location and comfortable lodging. We loved the jacuzzi after a long day of hiking!

Weekend Stay

Great place with awesome host. Its a little far from the St. George area but its nice and quiet and that more then made up for the distance. Cindy was an awesome host and made sure the we had everything we needed while we where there. would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

A great space at an excellent rate

The room was an excellent choice for our brief visit. Very affordable and quite nice. A great studio style space with a huge bathroom. Everything was as advertised. Highly recommended.
