Welcome to Laid Back, a spacious 2,692 sq foot, 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury villa adorned with all the upgrades you desire, including flat-screen HDTVs in every room, Dish, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The well-designed floor plan features en suite bedrooms, ensuring a quiet and private retreat.

Whether you're in the mood to relax or eager to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the classic-style bedrooms, on the outdoor patio, rooftop patio with a fire table, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this location is perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Only two miles from the upper Snow Canyon entrance, and just minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The house we stayed in was great and met our needs. The pools were good too, except I think there was a type of 'splash pad' in the middle of the pool that was not turned on. The kids would have like it.We had very negative experience at the Fish Creek Grill. We would rate the grill as a 1. The service was good, but the food was not.

Best Short Term Rental

We had a wonderful time! Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was available. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids especially enjoyed playing video games provided in thearea.upstairs.

Husbands 70th birthday with family

Brother and wife from Minnesota sister and husband from California and son and family from Kansas City. It was a golf trip for the guys and great to be together. Family enjoyed the house and could not say enough good things about the house and nice it was. Overall it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Grand daughters wedding

Our family needed a place to stay that was close to diamond valley for our granddaughters wedding. What a lovely place. Our family was very comfortable. we all had our own bedroom and bathrooms. The place was very clean and well equipped. It was really very nice. The kids had Toys to play with and movies to choose from. We enjoyed the pool. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this home. We will be back. Great place!!

Spring Break in Utah

Our family of 6 had a great stay. The Ledges is perfectly located near St. George. This place had everything we could ask for - it was bright, comfortable and clean. Everything was fully stocked. Access was easy and the directions provided were excellent. The place is larger than it appears in the photos. The upstairs family room was particularly useful.

Senior Softball Spring World Champs stay at Ledges Vacation Rentals.

We stayed in St. George at a Ledges Vacations Rental property while competing in a Senior Softball World Championship tournament. We happened to be victorious in the tournament but we had as much fun off the field as we did on the field as a result of staying in a very "home-like" vacation rental. It was absolutely fabulous and we didn't even take advantage of all the amenities that were available to us. The property itself was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay at this location next time we are in St. George. It was also very affordable as each of us commented on the fact that we paid less money than we would have for even a 3-star hotel. Absolutely loved it. Thank you so much to the property owners for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home!

Ledges Golf in St. George

Loved everything about our vacation in St. George. Condo was awesome. It was clean, roomy and very accommodating. Finally a place with enough bathrooms. We enjoyed golf, hiking in Bryce Canyon and riding the rental electric bikes. We plan to return in the future. MaryAnn

Great stay

We had a great 4 night stay with our 7 and 6 year old. Beautiful home that had everything we needed. Nice job by the hosts having a fully stocked pantry with plastic containers and kitchen basics. The weather was cold but the pool was still heated. Great technology set up with a tv in every living space and a gaming system upstairs. My only note would be to name the tvs so you now where you are streaming.

Great layout. Very clean and well appointed. Have been staying at the Ledges for 5 years and have never been disappointed. This one was one of our favorites. The Ledges check in and property management experience is also top notch.

Great Place

Great place to stay. I would rent this unit again. Place was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the pool key. Emailed the manager and had a quick response. A new key was eventually brought over that day. Only thing I didn’t like were the loungers at the pool. Very uncomfortable. That is not the units fault though.

The beds were fabulous with great bedding! So surprised that the unit had everything we could ever need and more! So well stocked! The instructions for every TV we posted near each TV ( so helpful ). Great neighborhood area, the unit was very roomy with 12 people. We just loved it.

Fun getaway

Spent a short weekend here for spring break and we had an absolute blast. The kids loved the pool. It was close enough to St. George that it was a short drive in to town but far enough away that it was nice a quiet. The house itself was clean with plenty of things to do. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were more than accommodating.
