"My Happy Place" is excited to welcome you and your dog to this charming rental in The Ledges. Bring your lovable dog and enjoy this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,692 sq foot dog-friendly unit. "My Happy Place" will quickly become everyone’s happy place, including the dog! With comfortable seating throughout, you can enjoy a movie or the next big game with the entire family. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessities to create wonderful meals and even better memories together. For hours of family fun, there is a foosball table and a ping pong table as well!

When the sun starts to set, you can find most guests enjoying an evening on the 2nd-floor deck with seating for everyone and a fire pit to enjoy! "My Happy Place" is fully equipped with beautiful décor, comfort for everyone, pools, and much more! We can’t wait for "My Happy Place" to become your happy place! It's a gorgeous home, decorated to the nines!

The Ledges vacation community sits just north of St. George, Utah, and is surrounded by 360 degrees of stunning views. With endless trails just moments away and a breathtaking golf course right on-site, you’ll understand why staying at The Ledges has become a family tradition for many. Enjoy the two community pools and pickleball courts, or dine at the Fish Rock Grille, overlooking the golf course. Whether you are coming to relax by the pool, hike for miles through Snow Canyon State Park, or catch a show at the famous Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, you will love your stay at The Ledges!

Second time in this unit. Overall very happy with our stay. FYI, the main and toaster ovens were dirty. The coffee machine was also dirty. There was a broken rocker outside down stairs. The cushions upstairs east balcony had tears and seen better days.

Think Twice

Carpet was dirty upon entering condo appliances had damage to outside . Pillows on patio and couch were not fluffed but warm out and dirty. Garage door kept slamming the whole time entering and leaving . Making it hard for a disabled veteran to bring in and out there luggage . Door handle went into a locking position after door slamming.. Air conditioning was turn off due to city outages make it bearable cool.The toilet paper was if they bought it from the dollar store.Then after leaving management billed credit card for pet damages. Quite a disappointment after visiting this location after the past three years.

Our New favortie spot

This place was perfectly located for us, was dog friendly but super clean. It has everything you need, plenty of beds for everyone and such a happy positive vibe! Cant wait to make this one of our favs and try to get it everytime we are down! Loved it! Great communication!

Nice property & good hosts

Spent a week at this property. It was clean and well equipped. The property management was timely and clear with their inputs. The location is approximately 15 min from grocery & restaurants but located close to the north entrance to the state park. Only minor issue is that the non-stick cookware is pretty badly beat up. We had a family member with a gluten allergy - we had to go buy some clean cookware to be able to feed him safely due to the inability to adequately clean the current cookware. We will definitely come back (with our own pan). There is a small grassy area right next to the unit for taking pets out. I highly recommend, especially if you're looking for park access.

Family picture weekend with the family and dogs 🐶

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Pet accommodations were a huge part of the positive experience. We could not have asked for better amenities. Check in and check out instructions were sent with plenty of advance time and simple and easy to follow. Will for sure be renting here again in the future! Can’t wait to go back!

Loved this pet friendly place! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and the space was great for my family - adult kids and grandbaby. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, not to mention amazing closet space! We can’t wait to visit again!

Family gathering

Easy to work with. We got together with our kids and most of our grandkids. Surroundings were beautiful. We had pictures taken by the rocks. The house was stocked wonderfully. The beds were very comfortable and plenty for all of us. We loved it!!

Fantastic stay with the family dog!

If you’re looking for a place to travel to and stay with all your family members, including the dog, this place is it. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and was incredibly cozy and modern. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect pet friendly

For larger groups/ families with furry family members this is perfect! Let me be clear I mean animal furries. 😉 Awesome pet amenities, lots of large comfortable beds and space. Great accommodations for up to 16 guests. We had far fewer than 16 and loved it here.

Beds, FUN, and space

My family and my sister's family stayed together at this location. There were plenty of beds and rooms for all of us. The cousins loved staying on bunk beds together. We were grateful there were games to play. They loved playing foosball, ping pong, Monopoly, Twister, etc. Everyone thought the pool was unique and fun. The kitchen was very organized and had labels where everything should go. They had everything you would need to cook. I was impressed! It was very helpful. I appreciated that there were some laundry pods, so we could do a little laundry there. We were gateful to find a location that was pet-friendly. We brought our miniature schnauzer and she loved it. There was a food and water bowl for her to use. There were also extra poop bags for your dog. There is a grassy area across the street and next to the location. The townhouse was beautifully decorated! It was helpful that there were bathrooms attached to every bedroom. I wasn't expecting TVs in every bedroom. Everyone enjoyed that feature. Check-out was stressful. We had to gather all the garbage, take the sheets off all the beds that were used, turn down the air, start a load of pool towels in the laundry, start the dishwasher, etc. We would love to stay here again during Thanksgiving, but the price was $700 a night. I know that's a common practice to make prices go up during busy times, but it's still disappointing. All of our brothers and sisters were impressed we were able to find such a beautiful place for a great price. If the price stayed about the same, we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Spring Break

This was a lovely place to stay with family. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. It was a great place to hang out, enjoy the outdoor seating and fireplace and pickle ball and pool. Great access to hikes too!

A piece of Heaven!

The property was very nice and clean. The Pool and Lagoon were so much fun for the kids. Everyone was very pleased with our vacation and asking to come back already. The property managers did an outstanding job.

Unable to check in on time

We had called prior to arrival to see if we could check in 30 mins early. We had a long drive and wanted to drop off some things before heading to our event. We were told that we probably couldn't since they hadn't heard from the cleaning crew that it was complete. So we waited and then arrived at the location at 415pm. Check in being at 4. We were not able to check in because they were still cleaning. They said they would be done in 10 mins, but it took them another half hour.
