Mountain View, Bright & Cheery Condo in Sports Village

This quiet condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT, 84770. Located on the main level with easy access parking right outside your door. It is a quiet corner unit with nobody above you and includes a private balcony with a great view as well. The kitchen has new appliances including Flat top stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher for your private cooking experience. Kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. are supplied. Pool towels are also supplied for use in clubhouse. You also have private access to a new washer/dryer located in closet on deck for your convenience.

The view from the bedroom balcony is private and gorgeous with a breathtaking view of Pine Mountain. You'll have a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa with pull out memory foam queen size sleeper. There are extra sheets & blankets provided for the sofa bed. High speed wireless internet is provided along with a 50" 4K Smart TV in Living room as well as a 27" wall mounted TV in Bedroom with Hulu live on both. All included at no additional cost streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment.

There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check-in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival. You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get way more. Resort amenities include:
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Golf Courses nearby: Sun-brook Golf Club, South-gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, etc.
It is near Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon N.P. and Snow Canyon State Park. There are many things to do and see and this condo offers you a relaxing place to come home to after your adventures

Just a perfect spot

A perfect spot for a 4 day getaway with my mom. We had very warm weather and took advantage of the pool. We basically lived on that balcony and enjoyed the great view.

Good place for our short stay

My husband and i stayed for four days to play some golf in the area. The unit is fine--it is quite small, but we knew that, and it was just the two of us. This particular unit is quite a distance from the adult-only hot tub, and it is across the street and about half a block to tje comminity pool. We enjoyed pur stay

We really enjoyed this home, small but was comfortable for us. It was nice to come to a property after a long day of driving to have no issues with access. There was everything you need upon arrival, unit was clean and even had coffee for the next morning. Access to the sports village club, Hulu live tv. Etc. Basically everything was as advertised. We would stay again!

Clean and Cozy with beautiful view

The condo was very clean and had fun , colorful , decor. It had everything we needed for our two day stay. Easy access to parking lot and did not have to go up or down stairs which was a bonus. We loved the balcony which has a great view and is set back from the neighbors. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We will be back!

Nice place to get away!

This little place was just what I was looking for. I’m quite familiar with St. George, and you can’t beat the view from the back balcony to sit and catch the sunrise or sunset. The location is great, the neighbors were quiet, the amenities are exactly as advertised. Five stars for sure!

Great stay in St George

We enjoyed our short 3-night stay at this condo in St George. Well equipped and clean, a nice balcony with a view of the hills in the distance. Enjoyed some beautiful hiking trails in the area and it was nice to have the swimming pools at the complex to cool off afterwards. Overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Highly Recommended!

This was our first VRBO experience and we were not disappointed. The condo is a very cosy clean unit with all amenities one would need. The private balcony is a plus with a lovely view of the private garden the community and mountains in the distance. It is very quiet and relaxing with the sounds of birds singing! We only used the pool which was fabulous not crowded and definately not noisy. All shopping and anything else you want to do around St. George is close by. My only complaint is the cupboards are a little high for me 5' 3". Without my husband there I would not have been able to reach some items that I required. My suggestion would be that a small step stool be available.

Cozy Apartment

Clean and well maintained. Well furnished and stocked with an abundance of kitchen dishes and utensils. Bed was comfortable. Small sitting deck was great for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The pool and sport activities were well maintained and easily accessible right across the street. Plenty of convenient parking right outside unit. We will definitely stay here in the future.
