    This beautiful One Bedroom (KING bed)/One Bath condo is perfect for a romantic getaway and also and adventurous vacation for a small family. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is spectacular. With elevator access, this condo is easy for all ages to enjoy. Owners have upgraded furniture, paint, and added new appliances and tile in bathroom and kitchen along with new flat screen tv, bar stools, and dinette set, Living Room futon, free WiFi, along with free parking, The condo's decor is warm, comfortable and will make you feel right at home. Definitely priced right!!

Excellent paper goods, laundry, dis washer and dishes. Cookwear needs to be updated. Flatware needs more only 3 of everything. Plenty towels, excellent linens. Very quiet and enjoyable. I will be back.

Loved the outstanding view! Very quiet! Plenty of room for two. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would definitely stay here again! Only 2 negatives--1) missing an iron, and 2) the scent of laundry detergent used to wash towels/ bedding was too strong. The scent was throughout the whole condo, almost as if there was a plug-in air freshener. This is more of a personal choice for us as we use an unscented/sensitive brand. Overall, great stay!!

Place is clean but outdated. Coffee maker didn’t work real well and futon had to stay in upright position because it was broken. Not a bad place for the price

St. George Golf Weekend Success

With snow in the forecast at home, it seemed like a good idea to head 3 1/2 hours south to St. George for warmer weather and golf. After 36 holes Friday and 36 more on Saturday, the fellas went home, but I was in the mood for more St. George, so I extended 2 days and had the wife drive down. Proof that the condo is great for both types of trips - the wife is already looking on the calendar for the next chance we'll have to go back, and we'll definitely stay here. The neighborhood is great, close to everything, but high up on a hill overlooking it all from the privacy of this top floor unit.

Las Palmas 1 bedroom

We were at this property for 6 nights, and for the first 3 1/2 days did not have TV or internet. This was due to the whole resort changing to another carrier, however, our unit was not taken care of prior to our arrival. We spent many hours waiting for the cable people. Also the living room furniture was very uncomfortable.

Mediocre Stay

First of all, I would not stay here again. Having the bedroom right by the lighted hallway outside is not good. The bedroom never gets completely dark for sleeping. The owner needs to put black out curtains up. The kitchen was very scare in terms of supplies. When we usually stay at Las Palmas I don't have to go buy oil, salt and pepper, seasoning etc. The place didn't even have a pancake flipper.

Renter Beware (especially if you have cat allergies)

Checkin was easy and the property had many nice amenities like an indoor pool, laundry machines, reserved parking, and a concessions stand. But the only good thing about the actual apartment was the master bed in the master bedroom. Other than that, the rest of the furniture was soooo uncomfortable and the couch was infested with cat hair. Unfortunately we only figured that out after the first night when my son who is allergic to cats woke up the next day with hives all over. We had to contact a friend in the area and ask if our son could stay there instead. This meant, for the rest of the weekend, we had to drive a half hour round trip to drop off or pick up our son off at our friends house and that he couldn’t be in the apartment hanging out or playing games with the family. What a horrible way to spend a family vacation weekend. I tried to contact the owner and have had no response after multiple messages.

Great family get away

This place was great for our little family to call home base while visiting St. George. My two children loved all of the on sight pools and the community is in a central spot of St. George making it easy to get to restaurants, parks, and movie theaters. I had great interactions with Bryan the host as well. Will definitely be coming back at a later date!!!

Great stay at Las Palmas!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, quiet, nicely outfitted, and had a great view. The resort was a lot of fun. From the pools, to pickleball, to the weight room, there was lots to do and the facilities were great. We had a very positive experience, and a lot of gratitude toward the owners here. Thanks a lot!
