If you are looking to get out of the cold and enjoy a relaxing vacation come and stay at our beautiful Las Palmas condo at the Green Valley Resort. This Bottom level unit (no stairs) condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a couch that pulls out into a bed and easily sleeps 6 people. Recently renovated with new flooring, softer mattresses, upgraded larger flat screen tvs, new paint and trim. Fully furnished! This poolside ground level condo is clean, beautiful and only a few steps away. Amenities include: Internet, Pools, hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, washing / dryer machines, high chair, pack & play and playgrounds. Nearby attractions include The Tuacahn, shopping, hiking, boating, golfing and so much more!

Place was very clean, beautiful, beds were mostly comfortable, there needs to be dressers in the rooms, we had to use our suitcases for dressers. Communication when we checked in was delayed which led to a very stressful checkin process, talking to Indian people in customer service trying to resolve everything (which is never helpful or smooth). But overall the place was great, my family enjoyed it, great location.

the condo was very clean and update, well stocked with detergent, paper products and garbage bags. the patio had 4 chairs but no table which we found odd. The bathrooms we well stocked with soap, shampoo and body wash which we found refreshing. The bedrooms did not have dressers and no drawer space. The closets were big but no dressers in there and only a few hangers. The kitchen has 2 coffee makers and they supply pods which was very good. No storage container for leftovers and could use some sharp knives. But the pool and the spa were GREAT!

A generous 2 star

The unit was ok, not great. We stayed in Las Palmas for a family reunion and visited and at least 8 other units. Key takeaways:1. It certainly feels like an investment property, not a home. They have many signs helping you remember this fact. (No smoking, instructions on what to not flush down the toilets and a list of all the fines you will be charged for not following their rules)2. The bedrooms were drab and the furnishings sparse. No dressers or chairs, just a bed. At least put in a luggage rack (you can put a cheap one in for 30) No throw pillows or other things to make the home feel comfortable. The furniture in the front room is cheap and the cushions are brick hard. Communication was slow and inadequate. During our stay, the back sliding door handle fell off (which I understand things happen) so i called amanda and left a message with no response. Then i called the other number provided. But again no response. I reached out to VRBO to contact them and nothing. Being that this is a first floor unit, we were worried about our safety with the back door not being able to be locked. The response i received the next day was “could you send pictures?” They seemed completely indifferent. They did send a locksmith out but i never received a follow up response to ask if things were ok and resolved. On top of it all, when we arrived, the washer (not dryer) was still running. So I guess in addition to being a guest, I’m housekeeping needing to dry and fold the laundry?!
