Nice location, quiet, unfortunately wasn’t cleaned very well prior to arrival-quite unsettling.
Only one major complaint. When we arrived and started unpacking, we put some items on the kitchen counters and in the refrigerator. We also unpacked our toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen sink had a lot of coffee grounds and what looked like dried yogurt in it. There were drips of the same dried yogurt on the counters, near the sink on the cupboards, and on the dishwasher controls. In the bathroom there was hair in and on the tub and on the floor and also on the sink. I immediately had to clean the kitchen and the bathroom because I was very grossed out.Seeing all of this in the kitchen and in the bathroom made me wonder how clean the apartment really was. I got the bleach and cleaned all of the handles and surfaces in the kitchen and in the bathroom because I had no trust that this place was cleaned prior to our arrival. With a 105 cleaning fee you would sure hope that it would be cleaner than this. We have yet to hear back from the host if we are going to be refunded the cleaning fee because of how disgusting it was when we arrived.Other than that, this location is very nice. It has nice, well-kept grounds, a really nice swimming pool and very big tennis courts. The condo was nice and comfortable. The TV and wifi worked well as did the air conditioner. The furniture was nice and the beds were comfortable.I Still gave a decent review because we would probably stay at this property again just not from this particular host or this unit.
