    We welcome well-behaved pets at our vacation homes! Please note the following:

    Pet Fee: $125 per pet (maximum 2 pets).
    Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds, including pit bulls, terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows, or mastiffs.
    Booking Process: VRBO does not include the pet fee in its checkout quote. Once your reservation is received via VRBO, we will send you a final booking confirmation that includes the pet fee plus 11.5% taxes.

    Our owners are happy to host your furry family members, but we kindly ask that you respect their vacation home investment during your stay.

The value for this rental was amazing! The view and beach access was as advertised and made the trip so much easier as we could walk right back to the unit and get anything we forgot to take to the beach! Very friendly folks in this quiet village on the beach, I highly recommend! We had a small dog who also had a great time as the unit was very pet friendly.

Great Place

Great home in a great location. Good views of the beach and close to everything. The place was clean and we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having living areas and kitchens on both floors.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. Shortest walk to the beach access boardwalk! The home was exactly as described and well equipped. We hope to visit again next summer.

Love the view and short walk to beach

Enjoyed the morning on the deck drinking coffee. And very convenient to the beach . Quite neighborhood and walking distance to mini golf. The pool was a plus too! We would stay there again.

Awesome Location

Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Quiet Community

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Surf Crest Village. We loved the fact that it was a quiet community and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was conveniently located just around the corner. This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Patty. She is great! Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located close by. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We spent a week at #25. Our family has stayed at Surf Crest Village previously, and this time we had a lot of other family stay at a handful of cottages. It was very convenient to the beach and lovely to visit everyone else that traveled and meet up and one another's places for meals. We had a great time enjoying the pool too. Easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown St. Augustine. We hope to return in the future.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!!

Our family said this was our best vacation ever!! All due to this wonderful home. Having two full floors made it super convenient and ,the closeness of the walkway to the beach-perfection all the way around. Casual beach house

We spent a week at the beach with family and appreciated the two separate living spaces in this house. Nice for us to have 2 kitchens but might not matter to some families. The furnishings and towels could use a complete do-over, as they are well used, but for a relaxed rental house theyre adequate. The pix are mostly accurate. The full sized washer and dryer are helpful and location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and activities in SAB.

Fabulous location

This house is in an excellent location, but the house itself is very mediocre. We enjoyed a short stay but had trouble with a toilet and the dishwasher. It appears that improvements have been made, but the beds are not very comfy and it needs some more TLC to really be nice. The property managers were excellent about communicating with us!

Quiet getaway

Nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach. House was clean, very comfortable beds, had plenty of kitchen needs. Stairs are required to reach the master bedroom and main kitchen. (Yes, 2 kitchens) So, carrying groceries and luggage up stairs wasn’t great but doable. We mostly ate our meals around St George St. but did try the Oasis just down the road. It was good and they do have a quiet, table/chairs area inside away from the bar. — only thing we “complained “ about was how the HVAC worked. Wasn’t cooling well and outside temps was only around 70. If it was 90 outside, we would have had a real problem. Would stay there again if needed.
