  • Better than the beach! Thats what our guests tell us. This property is for the family that wants the best of what St. Augustine has to offer.

    Buena Vista is a beautiful, newly renovated luxury house directly on the Intracoastal Waterway across from downtown St. Augustine. 3 king bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, for 4 kids or adults. The fifth has a day bed-twin bed with twin trundle. There are 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Completely renovated in 2018, this house is beautifully finished, with new beds, new furniture,new everything. The kitchen will wow you. Brand new modern cabinets,top of the line Jenn-Air appliances, built in 42" refrigerator, 6 burner range, and equipment for the gourmet chef. The covered veranda overlooks the Matanzas River, with the sailboat fleet directly in front and the ancient city skyline behind it. The picturesque Bridge of Lions twinkles in the evening, just a few hundred yards upriver. 5 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to everything. This is the best location in St. Augustine.
    Bring your boat or fish right off the dock-the fishing in the Matanzas is excellent-the Atlantic is only a mile through the inlet.
    Just 1 mile from Anastasia State Park- one of the 'worlds best beaches", with boat rentals, kids playground, snack bar, restrooms, plenty of parking.

    Sip cocktails on the veranda , or in the spa as the tour boats pass in the river, the sun sets over the water, or as the City lights up in the evening. The views are spectacular. You will never tire of them.

    The pool and spa are heated for year-round use. 4 bikes and 2 double kayaks are provided. We also have fishing poles for guest use.

    This is a very special property that will provide your family with memories of a lifetime.

Great spot! Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The views are great. The pool and hot tub are relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Property manager was very responsive. Overall, a wonderful place for a vacation with family.

Awesome House

We had an amazing time at this house. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub overlooking the water. The paddle board and Kayak were huge hits and the guys loved fishing off the dock in the evenings.We got to see dolphins, turtles and we even saw a shark a couple of days.The house has absolutely everything you can think of for cooking, baking, Grilling or whatever Awesome location! I would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful house, well furnished, fully stocked with amenities, incredible view, well kept pool and dock, convenient location and attentive management….what more can you ask for as a vacation destination? It was our second stay but probably won’t be our last!

A wonderful experience, the house invites and provides for convivial times.

A group of families and friends, we had a great week. The house is spacious, comfortable, unbelievably well equipped, and with stunning views of St Augustine, not to mention the glorious sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance are an added bonus.

This Luxury Villa is exactly that! We met family here to celebrate the holidays and the house couldn't have been more perfect. It is well appointed, the view is incredible, and it is a healthy walk to Old Town! We had a wonderful time and will book again, I'm sure.
