  • Disfrutará de nuestro hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños totalmente amueblado (unidad 1104) que se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa. Acabamos de reemplazar todo el piso, volvimos a pintar los gabinetes y toda la unidad, reemplazamos los tocadores del baño y estamos en el proceso de redecorar la unidad. Hay una bañera de hidromasaje justo afuera de la puerta principal y la unidad está a solo unos pasos de la gran piscina. Se proporcionan toallas y sillas de playa en nuestra unidad para su uso, así que simplemente haga las maletas y venga a disfrutar de nuestro condominio de playa en casa.

    Nuestro complejo frente al mar ofrece excelentes comodidades: 5 jacuzzis, 2 piscinas (una climatizada), canchas de tenis, estanques de pesca, shuffleboard, nuestro paseo marítimo con acceso directo a la playa y sin escalones a la playa y seguridad las 24 horas. Nuestra unidad está ubicada directamente frente a la piscina principal en la parte delantera del complejo. Esto está en el extremo opuesto del paseo marítimo, que está a solo un corto paseo cruzando el estacionamiento.

    St. histórico Agustín está a solo unos minutos, donde puede explorar la ciudad más antigua de nuestra nación. Algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la zona están a la vuelta de la esquina, al igual que los supermercados, las tiendas de souvenirs y todo lo que necesitarás para hacer tu St. Las vacaciones de Agustín fueron un éxito. Los deportistas adorarán las opciones de pesca y golf que ofrece la zona.

Great Location in St. Augustine Beach

The condo was as described and in a nice compound with 2 pools, hot tubs, and convenient beach access. We would stay again.

The room was not cleaned. Things were everywhere. Drawers were full so we didn’t even unpack. My 3 year old son found dirty toiletries under the bed. The room is very outdated and has musty smell to it. Pool was nice, hot tub very small

Nice Location

This a very nice location. Priced about right. The owner was very kind and responsive. Could fix up a few things and have enough beach towels for the max occupants.

2024 Beach Break

Our stay was very enjoyable. This condo is extremely convenient to everything on the island. The pool is so large, it never felt crowded. Access to the beach was fine. I thought we'd be able to see the ocean from our room, but couldn't. We'd stay here again.

Awesome location and owner amazing

The condo was exactly as described and Kenneth reached out multiple times to see if we needed anything. Short walk to the private beach. Pool was great too! Will definitely be back.

Cleanliness poor

Perfect location. Wonderful pool and access to the beach. The unit was dirty with a musty odor. Very dated kitchen. Had to clean most dishes, purchase baking soda, cleaning applies, and candles in order to remove odor. Owner notified.

Family beach trip

The owner Kenny was great about communicating with us and even offered us a late check out. The place is in a great location and the resort has wonderful amenities. It was a family trip and we had a wonderful stay. Spent most of our time hanging out on the beach. We did bring our bikes and biked to restaurants in the area and to the pier for fishing. Note that you cannot ride bikes in the resort but we just walked them out and it wasn’t a problem. It’s a great area for bike riding and is bike friendly. Thank you Kenny for a wonderful stay!

Great location, but needs a cleaning

The condo’s location and check in were great. However, the whole place needs a good cleaning. The kitchen cabinets were overflowing with items, many of which had visible food residue. I made a pile of clean dishes that we kept separate to use during our stay. The main surfaces were clean, but the whole place could use a good dusting. The bath towels and linens could really use replacing. The beds were comfortable enough, not great. The cost and location of the unit mostly made up for the condition of the condo.

Near the beach

Everything was good except two things. 1. There was a musty smell that can’t be ignored. 2. Unit could use a deep cleaning. Top of the fridge and baseboards were dusty. We had a small problem on arrival and owner was very responsive. Thank You!

Clean well stocked condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. If you’re reading this and trying to decide and you don’t need ocean front this is a very nice clean property with everything you need. Its about the distance of one city block from the beach but on the beach side of the street; you only need to walk through the parking lot to get to the beach.

A wonderful vacation.

The spot is ideal for the strip there in St. Augustine and for those who want to sight see. The access to the beach and pool were fantastic. The property manager was helpful in all questions and needs.

Great location!

Great location on St. Augustine Beach. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery store. Short walk thru the parking lot to the beach which was quiet and relaxing.

Very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the location and the condo was quite comfortable. We would have liked a few more towels and maybe some rugs in bedrooms, and bath mats in bathrooms, but other than that, it was great!

Old but clean

The property was playing. It is my understanding that the property has only been purchased a short time before. Because of that many of the furnishings were old. But the condo was clean, the hot tub was wonderful, and the beach was great. We certainly enjoyed our stay in St Augustine.
