Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment)

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We provide coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Very nice, well furnished, clean and convenient location. Free parking ! Host responded quickly to my messages. Bathroom is small and could use some hooks over the door or on the wall for towels. 2nd story unit with steps. Description doesn't mention there is no elevator. Very clean and fresh feeling. Modern but in an old historic apartment. The location was great and close to so much. The area is beautiful and it feels very safe.This rental was one of the best for having everything you need including an empty cabinet on the kitchen for the renter. They thought of everything.Communication with the host was excellent and they are very responsive.This rental was among our favorites and perfect for our needs.

Host was very good at getting back to me in a timely manner. The property worked great for the 2 of us. The kitchen is small but we knew that from the pictures and it didn't bother us at all. It was very handy to be able to park and walk to a lot of rhe places we wanted to gk to.

Ideal place to stay with parking and 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist area. Also coffee and pizza close by. Quiet and historic neighborhood setting. The place itself has everything needed and was clean and comfortable. Beds were firm which my companion liked :)

Visiting colleges nearby and seeing St Augustine. This condo was cozy, spotless, just as described, close to historic district, walked to Flagler and surrounding area within 10 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by other well kept historic homes, sidewalks everywhere……. Peaceful. Stayed 3 nights. Publix, Target, restaurants outside of historic district only a few minutes away. Perfect for us.

Best Location and Very Clean!

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is only a few blocks from historic downtown. The beaches, eateries, groceries, and Walmart are within a 10-15 minute drive. I have stayed in several AirB&Bs and VRBOs, but this apartment was the cleanest and best kept place I have ever rented! The kitchen ware was even nice and didn’t appear overly used or mistreated. I will definitely be staying here again if I make another trip to St. Augustine!

A Lovely Spot

Me, my wife, and son stayed at this delightful little spot. We were all very 'Goldilocks' on our initial walkthrough, "Oh wow, this is just right!" The owner was friendly and communicative via the Vrbo messaging, our instructions were spot on, and we were all very happy with our stay. The walk to the historic district of St. Augustine was just long enough to work off the extra calories from over-eating.
