Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Cozy Getaway

Cozy 1 bed/1 bathroom apartment with free, onsite parking. We were in St. Augustine for a wedding, and this venue provided the perfect place for a homebase while exploring the area. The host is very responsive to requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a little difficulty getting key to enter, the letters are very difficult to see. The alert ent was exactly like the photos, very comfortable. Close to downtown and fort.

We came to Saint Augustine to visit some friends and take a look around the historic district. The location was great, we were able to walk to the historical district and see the fort and other things around the town. The accommodation was very cute in appearance and well decorated. Everything was clean and in its place. We would definitely stay here again, and we commend the host for providing such a nice place for a great value!

The best place we could pick for this trip. Apartment was spotless, free parking, everything you need in the kitchen or bathroom. Excellent location, walkable to everywhere. we loved it! Definitely going to visit again :)
