Room was fair. Very small. Shower in bedroom and bathroom has no door only shower curtains. Extremely noisy as it us connected to a bar and the band was right outside the window very very loud. They leave earplugs in room no wonder. Band played till 10pm then music from spealers played till 10:30. Some places mention they have breakfast even on thier site someone mentioned great breakfast and they kept this visible instead of correcting. There is no breakfast. Parking is not on the site. Air conditioning is controlled on floor for all rooms therefore if one guest likes it cooler and one warmer it cant be done.For a positive it is very well located. I wouldn't go back.

Everything was perfect. The property is clean, and adorable. The location is great, right within the historic district. Barbara was absolutely amazing as a host. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's a great location, just a few steps off St George street and close to a lot of things in St Augustine. The staff was very friendly and responsive when issues came up. We aren't hot tub users, so it was a bit challenging climbing in and out of the shower without slipping. The thermostat was locked, so we couldn't adjust it. It was still set to AC on a cold night, so it was very cold. Then it warmed up but it wasn't updated, so we got too hot.

Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled with chocolate chip cookies. Refrigerator in the room. There’s a small area on the ground floor where there’s a few tables and chairs, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Very nice hotel but parking was an issue.

There is no vineyard ! The staff were very nice and helpful. The property is rundown and shabby, rusting shower curtain bar and hooks, peeling paint in the tub, and shower wall bowed out into the tub 8-10inches. The rug was dirty and stained. There was a fridge that worked. There was seating on the porch and outside but the plastic rattan side tables were all unraveling. We will not be recommending this place.

Showed up and there was a missing smoke detector , toilet seat was broken and there was a alarm going off outside of our window all night ..called the provided emergency number given and no answer , when we talked with them next day we were really just ignored for our horrible night and the web site said light breakfast items served and there was nothing and we were told we don't do that .. but it's on your website .. there is a bar right next to the house and a band plays late so plan on not being able to sleep because it's loud in your room.. if I was able to move to a different place asap we would have.. waste of money the pictures are not like the ones on the website, got this place for our 20th anniversary weekend getaway. Was ruined for sure

The two redeeming features the bed👍the location 👍 although you have to put up with live music until 11PM. Lighting was poor. I notified 3 people that the entrance lights were out but no one ever corrected the problem. Bathroom is separated by a shower curtain from bed. Wi-Fi is weak. Advertised breakfast but discontinued. Falsely advertised rooms seen on website may not be what you get. I would never book this place again.

Our room was very small and although it seemed clean it really wasnt clean. Hot water was a problem. The toilet rm was separated by a curtain and the tub and vanity are in the room. Overall kinda dingy.

Beware of dishonest owner. I booked a room for my parents with a balcony. They checked in after hours and the only set of keys left was for a room without one. When I learned of this after their second night I called to find out what the issue was. I was told by the owner that my parents made the mistake on getting the wrong keys and they were offered the balcony room the next day but refused it. I found out later from my parents that these were both lies. The keys they received were the only ones available and they were never offered switching to a balcony room. I am okay with mistakes but am just not sure why I was lied to. I tried contacting the owner after I learned of what really happened but didn’t receive a call back after leaving a message with staff.

The location is great! We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The room provided all we needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not notice that breakfast is no longer included at this "bed and breakfast." I was notified by Expedia after I booked my room. I did inform them at check-in that their website needs to be updated to remove reviews about how great the food is, and we had no problem finding breakfast close by.

Check-in was mess up and when that was finally sorted, all I wanted after a long international was something to eat and to get to bed. But as I retired at 9:30pm loud music from a nearby bar cranked up. I guess this is what the ear plugs are for. The fridge is another noise issue as it’s close to the bed and very loud. The solution was to disconnect it but defeats the point of a fridge, especially as I had bought some yogurts, milk, etc. On the third night, I returned to the room to find it stifling. I opened the balcony door and turned the fan on which cooled the room down. But on returning from dinner the room was like a sauna again despite the outside temperature having cooled. I opened the door again to let cool air in but again on closing the door to go to bed, the room heated up again. I called both the out of hours numbers for help but no answer. It took me some time to work out that hot air was blowing in from a vent directly above the bed. But there is no temperature or fan control in the room, though I was just tall enough to reach to close the vent in the ceiling by standing on the bed. I could still hear the fan whirring away but had managed to stop hot air blowing on the bed. The loud music was worst on my last night when it continued after midnight. Whilst I appreciate this is outside the hotel’s control, guests should be warned this is a noisy part of town. Communications were poor and a nominal 10% discount for the multiple inconveniences fell far short.

The Inn's pictures on Expedia are nothing like the actual Inn. It is run down, and dirty. You do not have air control in your room and thermostat in the hall is locked and set at 72, in Florida. The "hot tub" described in the listing on Expedia is actually a whirlpool tub that is dirty and rusty! We had no sleep and called Expedia early the next morning to be moved to other accommodations. We requested a full refund but the Inn refunded less than half of our stay. I do not recommend this Inn to my worst enemy. So disappointed. Expedia should remove this listing from their site.

The room was nasty. No hot water. Got bit by bed bugs all night. Parking was a nightmare. The worker was rude when I address issues. She simply offered a cookie. I stated here because orbits gave it a high rating. Not sure how that happened. I am disappointed. I will be reaching out to the local health department.
