"Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. "The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The toilet cistern also kept filling and wouldnt stop, we'd to wedge the ballcock so we could sleep."

"Lovely suite! Real king size bed, very comfortable. Spacious sitting area, bright natural light. Only drawback was underperforming A/C in main bedroom. Staff was quick to provide portable fans when repair wasn’t available. Would recommend!"

"My family stayed for 1 night while visiting Drayton Manor Theme Park. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a good outside area by the bar with lots of tables. The staff at breakfast were amazing, really accomodating and brought me gluten free cornflakes and toast specially made.
