El hotel es cómodo, aunque lo usé solo para dormir y bañarme, la habitación es amplia y muy funcional. Definitivamente tiene la calidad que la marca Lotte representa. Una cómoda estancia, totalmente recomendable."

"Rooms were very comfortable, and having the washer/dryer in the room was so convenient for our stay of 9 days. Food at the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of both Asian and Western options. Currency exchange machine in the lobby was extremely convenient. Two convenience store options steps away from the hotel for snacks and simple groceries.
Location is excellent, one block away from Cheong-gye-cheon stream and walkway, which you can take for a 10-minute walk to Gwangjang...

"We chose to stay in this hotel the last night we were in Seoul, for the ease of access to the AREX Airport Railroad to Incheon for our departure flight the next day. It was about a 10 minute walk utilizing underground access walkways near Exit 12 of Seoul Station, through Seoul Station to AREX platform.
Breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Asian and Western options, and the dining area was nice, with high-floor views of the city."
