"Room was excellent. Majority of staff struggle with English even though it is a major tourist area ( I know I don't speak Thai, but in tourism English is required as the more universal language). To be told to come back at 8pm (at 2pm) when the 1 person with a grasp of English would be available is odd. Breakfast was good. Location good."

"I was attending ITM massage school and it’s right across the street. There are also other things walkable nearby, like laundry service, a grocery store, several dining choices, and a pharmacy. Grabs are easy to get and very affordable. Tuk-tuks from nearby tourist things will also bring you back to the hotel. Overall, it was good enough for my purposes and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Fabulous place! By far the best resort if you want to stay in the heart of Old City Chiang Mai. The staff is superb and the grounds are breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many delicious options. The complementary afternoon tea was lovely and their outdoor bar was a great place to start the evening. When visiting Old City this is the place to be! "

"Great hotel that is tucked away off the busy streets. I love the industrial vibe decor. There is a cute van used as a “bar” which we didn’t get to take advantage of when returning so late after a 15 hour tour exhausted. I would gladly stay here again. "

"Had a great time at TP Villa. Staff are amazing. I ate breakfast (it was included) at the restaurant every morning, and it was good. They even packed a breakfast for me when I woke up early to do excursions. It’s a boutique hotel with a cool boutique-sized pool. There are 2 rooms with direct pool access. I stayed in one. Nice to chill out after a day of exploring in an almost private pool. I would stay here again. "
