"Room was not in a great condition, decor was tired and grubby. Outside was unkempt and unloved. Facilities were OK, but as we were not spending a lot of time here it didn't bother us."

"The room was ok and staff were ok. The room was cleaned but not to a great standard. Car parking is good as there are loads of spaces. Windows aren’t sound proofed so unfortunately I had to listen to loud noise and music and loud cars outside until half 12 in the morning which isn’t great on an early start. "Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. "

"It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise."
