The room I stayed in on this occasion (as with past rooms on past occasions) was spacious, clean and very well resourced. I will happily stay again at Seymours in Ballarat when I am next in town. "Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hepburn Springs Escape Villas for 3 nights. Very modern, exceptionally tidy and very quiet location. Would highly recommend."

"A quaint little cottage overlooking a great location, a little smaller than we are used to, but manageable. We saw the photos of the front door with the step steps, but we assumed that there would be a back door entrance, but unfortunately not, so a struggle getting our luggage and a slightly disabled person up and down the stairs. But overall it was good."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Clifftop celebrating our recent engagement. The property was absolutely gorgeous and had immaculate views over the valley and tree tops. The perfect place for a couples relaxation getaway "

"It was very lovely, and cozy. Sunset was truely amazing. Sadly we lost track of time and almost didn't leave on time! Didn't;t leave on time! Then we left a pillow there which we'll donate to the property. Thanks again."

"Comfortable beds, good tea and coffee supplies and close access to bypass entry and exit.Paige was very helpful enabling us to collect forgotten items 4 days after our departure.Excellent and immediate communications with host."

"once figured out the entry system, everything was fine to get in and out. takes some practice initially. heater worked especially good throughout the house, fresh fruit and coffee capsules provided was a nice touch also. unfortunately the coffee cups are too small for the machine though. speaking of small, world's smallest bathroom basin in ensuite, rather awkward. tower fan in master bedroom was welcoming, and plenty other gadgets/appliances provided we didn't need at the time. super steep...

"Great place, beautiful setting, with the edge of the bush around you it’s very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with enough crockery and cutlery for family of five. BBQ was easy to use, and ample seating and dining space.Great for Easter Sunday lunch.Bedrooms roomy, bathroom was clean, extra toilet seperate to bathroom came in handy with five adults staying. Just need a bit more water pressure in the shower, otherwise very comfortable holiday home for 5 night stay. "

"The villa is located on the edge of the jungle, very quiet and you can see wild animals. The hotel is close to the hot spring center and can be reached by walking. The villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. If I go again in the future, I will continue to book this hotel."

The property is excellently appointed and has everything you could need. The communication was fantastic as is the location. Highly recommended."

"The property was in a relatively quite location with only distant and faint traffic sounds. The magpies were in good voice. The spa was a welcome inclusion to help relax tired muscles. There wer no negatives from our perspective. Thank you to our hosts, we enjoyed our stay."
