"Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. "Room was clean and spacious. All employees were helpful and courteous. The only drawback is the absence of the pool. The casino is great. Drink hostesses are friendly and accommodating. Valet service is top tier, service was quick and professional. All in all a great visit. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sayre Mansion. The reception staff were wonderful and arranged for us to stay an additional night in an upgraded room. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good albeit a bit unusual. One of the servers (they alternated days) was more accommodating than the other with choices. I guess the one on the lower pay grade. We would stay there again. Great location for a walk into Bethlehem or down to the river."
