"The room was dirty, had missing light bulbs and clogged shower drain. The room had a strong cigarette odor. Floor was really dirty."

"Unfortunately, the only benefit of this hotel is the price. The staff at the check-in were rude and began running my card before explaining what they were doing. When I asked, they told me it was policy to put a deposit on the card. I explained that, of course, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know what you’re doing before putting any charge on a card. "Parking is luck of the draw. Be prepared to parallel park or for a nice walk. Staff was amazing, good conversation and immediately attentive to glue together something of mine that broke in transit. Would stay again!"
