"We drove here from Chicago for the World Cup and brought our dog along since this hotel is pet-friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The surrounding area is quiet and charming, with several restaurants within walking distance. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia while still being close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer. "so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

"Everything about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a little low; but I don’t blame the facility. Location was very convenient, lots nearby."

"phone doesnt work, hallways smell like cigs, no shampoo. had to pay $50 extra because we arrived early. we asked for extra towels and they said " come down and get them." very unprofessional. we saw a spider on the wall and couldnt do anything about it and also they gave us no keys said that they dont have any at the moment."

"Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...
