"The room was dirty, had missing light bulbs and clogged shower drain. The room had a strong cigarette odor. Floor was really dirty."

"Unfortunately, the only benefit of this hotel is the price. The staff at the check-in were rude and began running my card before explaining what they were doing. When I asked, they told me it was policy to put a deposit on the card. I explained that, of course, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know what you’re doing before putting any charge on a card. "This hotel was an absolute dump. I only booked it because the location I reserved for my parents years ago in another state was wonderful. This location was run down and horribly maintained. The only highlight was the staff, who cheerfully cared for us and made the visit slightly tolerable. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again, though!"
