"Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. "Very easy check in with a friendly person at the counter, spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Convenient self serve breakfast, easy and spacious parking. Right off the 95 freeway but not noisy. Convenient 10 min drive to Providence."

"The staff was amazing and Paul was absolutely so amazing from when we walked through the door welcoming us and seeing if the kids wanted any fruit. We had a suite and the guest before us was a global customer and extended their stay, so we didn't get in our room on time, but once that customer left they had our room cleaned and ready for us in no time. "We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend."

"The property is in disrepair. Our room was in disrepair. The freezer had mold in it, the ice machines don't work, the staff was extremely slow. Plus they demand a security deposit for damages. Also the bed cover was stained and so was the mattress on the pull out sofa. It was quiet and not busy."
