"Check in process was easy and manager there is very friendly. The room was clean upon arrival. Rooms are outdated yet it had one of the nicest showers I’ve seen in a hotel and it had clearly been remodeled recently. The only part that was strange however was the fact we had no temperature control in the room. It stayed a comfortable temperature throughout the night thankfully. "

"The lady at the front desk was so nice! We checked in late after a long grueling drive and really apriciated her kindness. The room was nice and clean. Lots of hot water for the shower. The lady who was stocking the breakfast was also very nice. We usually stop in Winnemucca when we pass through but will be stoping in Elko now. Also they have an indoor pool with generous open hours. We didn't bring our suits this trip but will for sure next time. We'll definitely be back."

"The room wasn't as clean as it had been during our previous stays. There were a couple long, black hairs in the bathroom and the area around the sink I cleaned. We had to switch rooms because the door wouldn't open, as did the customer who checked in just ahead of us. The exercise room was okay, but it would be better if there were cloths to clean the equipment off with. "
