"Pristine stay in an unbeatable Paia location
I had a wonderful stay at Hale Nihi. The property was absolutely pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities advertised. For me, though, the real standout was the location. You can easily walk to Mana Foods for groceries, as well as seemingly endless restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the heart of Paia. "Unfortunately, this was a tough stay. We found several large bugs in the room, including what appeared to be roaches. I killed a few of them and brought the issue to management’s attention, but nothing was really done to address it.
When we first entered the room, it also seemed like it may have been sitting empty for some time. There was quite a bit of dust and the room could have used a much more thorough cleaning before our arrival.
We were only there for two nights and thankfully spent...

"Nice/clean unit with big kitchen and bathroom. The garden was so beautiful. We arrived late at night, so it was hard to find the unit because of the darkness. The instruction to get the key/code seemed confusing to me, so I had to call the manager to come over to help. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you!"
