"Super friendly staff, who are supporting and helping their guests. The rooms were absolutely tidy and clean, as well as spacious. The communication before and after the stay was great. The hotel is located outside the city center next to a busy road, so best solution is to take a bus or rent a bike from the hotel (plus: it is for free!) to the city center."

"Pros: Spacious clean room with kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff. Many breakfast options with cooked to order eggs. Good location for walking around the city. Cons: Hairdryer mounted too high. Rainfall shower head not good if you don’t want to wash your hair that day. Overall, would definitely stay here again."

"We loved everything about this property!! The location was walking distance to the Old Town and the staff was so friendly & kind, especially the front desk personnel: Hana, Dejan Tomislav ( Tommy ) and the gentleman with the mustache. Ali, from the sister hotel right next door, was also very kind and helpful to us upon our arrival. The morning breakfast were a treat with a wide variety and selection to choose from! "I love this property and would stay there again. It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything is so charming and the beds so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is unique and very nice. The restaurant in the hotel is Asian,I believe, and the food is very good. I love that the market is across one street. And as a senior, I was able to get the Cavalier to come pick me up and take me where I wanted to go in the market. Overall, it was a great experience."
