"We stayed at this hotel to take part in our son's graduation from UC Berkeley. I appreciated that the theme of the hotel was about the graduates from Berkeley. They had a photo booth and the staff were very happy to snap some photos. The room was clean and spacious. I also like that the lobby is lively and comfortable to hang out. It fell very festive atmosphere to celebrate our son's graduation."

"The water would not drain from bath tub and it took a while for someone to come up. The toilet would intermittently not flush, and we had to keep flushing to make it work. The coffee machine was not working and we had to call twice to get someone to come and fix it."

"Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation"

"I love this hotel so close to all the restaurants and campus, the only negative the room we stayed at the shower doesn’t have a strong pressure and the water is either cold or hot. Otherwise the rooms are clean ."

"The staff member at the front counter was nice and welcoming. But where shall I begin? First of all, I was given a room with one bed instead of two. I was quickly moved to a two bed room, which I appreciated. When I went to look for the bathroom, I was shocked to find there was none in the bedroom! They have communal bathrooms and showers. I have never experienced this in my 30+ years of staying in hotels. Why it was not clear that all the rooms to not have a bathroom or shower, I do not...
