"This place was perfect for our 2 night stay while visitng relatives in the area. The place is adorable and very clean! The owner was very responsive to my questions before and after our stay. "

"The most important to me in a stay, the mattresses were very comfortable. The couch was not at all comfortable, and overall the house was very bare. No extra toilet paper, very little in the kitchen to cook with. Neighbors are pretty sketchy but never bothered us, just had several loud fights. Host was good to work with, quick to help us with missing towels and the overgrown yard."

"Nice and quiet"

"We appreciated all of the space and many bedrooms. Although the weather was rainy and we couldn’t use the yard, it looked like a huge space and nice deck. The basement was another nice place to hang out. Some of the basic essentials like more hand soap we didnt see was available. We would recommend this property and stay there again. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the train that runs throughout the night. The house is right by an intersection, so the train has to blow the horn as it passes over it. The owner was easy to work with and was responsive when I needed to reach out."

"Although my group stay was short…the place was amazing. Vintage historic place that was amazingly upgraded with nice amenities. Location was perfectly located in the heart of Springfield. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if coming to Springfield."

"We were told that this was handicapped accessible. And we're very excited about the walk-in tub. When we got there there are two stairs to get into the building and no ramp for our wheelchair. The hallways were so tight that a walker or wheelchair barely could go through the hallways. We contacted the property manager and he told us he would refund our money. We have not heard back from him yet. I am still waiting to hear from vbro also about a refund because the house was not what we read with...

"We came to the area to attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear member of our family. There was plenty of room for us. The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. The home is older and has been remodeled with nice decor and was quite clean. Would definitely...

"Three Pines was absolutely the best place we have stayed as a family. Aubrey was very nice and helpful throughout the entire renting process. Plenty of rooms for all and enough room for all 15 of us to eat and play games together. The home was old, but with a relaxed ambiance and in excellent shape. Very clean with all accommodations. The is the second time renting here and will continue to be on our bucket list for future family vacations."

"Stayed while selling our house."

"Family stay with all the kids and grandkids. Just quality family time. "

"This property had plenty of things to keep a group of high school students entertained. They loved the pool table, record player, arcade games, and more. They were engaged with each other. The TV and phones were forgotten!"

"The condo was so cute and just our style. It was quiet and relaxing. The host was easy to get ahold of and kept us in the loop on any changes or updates. I highly recommend and we will be returning. It would be great if the bed was bigger. But overall 10/10!"

"An older apartment refurbished recently, but not quite all finished with it, particularly in the bathroom where the door won't close and there are holes in the shower walls. Rest of apartment very clean and kitchen pretty well equipped for cooking, except the coffee maker was missing the brewing basket , which made it useless. Up a two story flight of stairs. Great location but confusing to find because there was no number visible on the building."
