"The room we were given was comfortable. The beds were the typical medium soft found in most hotels. The refrigerator was cold enough to keep our cooler contents from getting warm overnight. The television worked fine but for the cable system guide that does a constant scroll. You have to wait for it to get through all the channels instead of changing the pages yourself. One problem we discovered, the water kept running in the toilet, we had to “jiggle” the handle to make it stop. I mentioned...

"There was a computer issue that the staff didn’t seem to have a work around. I’m sure it was not their fault but the need to keep your customers should be more important than using tech that has failed. Pen and paper still work."

"The beds were definitely not swapped for the last 5 years. Had massive amounts of disgusting stains on them and the linens placed over them had an equal amount of disgusting stains. There are smoking rooms here and the 3rd floor was rife with the smell of weed. The pillows definitely also hadn't been changed for an equal amount of years and the linens on those were equally disgusting. The mattresses had what appeared to be bugs on them, though all I saw were dead ones. Thank God I always inspect...

"The room besides bed and tv bare no were to put luggage but on floor, Not joking. Not like the pictures leed you to believe. Stairs to second floor another suprise.(older folks)"

"Stay was not as thought it would be. The room was very very dirty. The bathroom door was so filthy it looked as if it came from a dumpster. Bedspreads had holes all over. Cable kept going out. Toilet didn’t want to flush. Website pictures were very deceiving. I thought I would be in the room on website but it was far from that. Definitely not the room we stayed in. Was in town for an event otherwise we would of found something else"

"The hotel itself was awesome. The staff was great got all my questions answered. The room was nice the bathroom was a little short. When taking a shower the water kept going from hot to cold. It was the full swing of freezing to burning hot. The bed was comfortable but my mattress cover came off and I felt uncomfortable."
