"Excellent place, however in need of refurbishment. Room and balcony towards construction site, not what I used to. Stayed there several times and unfortunately communication this time in advance non existent. They ask now for advance deposit for damages. They did better in the past. Don’t know what changed but this time a little disappointing."

"Great location The apartment had all ammenities for a weeks stay. The negatives were that there is no air conditioning in the building as it’s old. There were air conditioning units in the room which cooled the room down but they are very loud. The list was not working the whole week we were there, not good timing in 30° heat. We also had a room that had stairs into the bathrooms, and after the entry. A little problematic with a young child when all doors are heavy fire doors and chained."

"Das Apartment war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet: gute Klimaanlage, gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz, ein sehr großes Bad, und der komplett digitale Ablau von check-in, über den Zugang zum.Zimmer mit Code und Checkout waren auch superangenehm. Es wir an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen: Kaffee und Tee stehen im Zimmer bereit, für die Spülmaschine gibt es ausreichend Reinigungstabs, am TV Gerät kann man über W-Lan seine Lieblingsapps abspielen ( YouTube, Netflix......

"The room we had - the air conditioner was not working. We told them about it Monday - they said the repair man was coming Tuesday morning. Then Tuesday morning, they said he was coming Wednesday morning, Then Wed morning, they said Wed afternoon. There was hardly any improvement, and it was up to 90 degrees outside. Wed they said they would give us another room, but my son went to look at it, and said that new room did not have A/C either. Miraculously, the A/C started working on Thursday....
