    By the Sea is a delightful studio cottage designed for relaxation and comfort. It features a queen-sized bed and a twin sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. The spacious bathroom includes all the linens and towels you'll need, and the cozy living area provides a Smart TV and a Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings right. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, toaster, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Pine grove views create a serene backdrop for your vacation.

Ranging from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom cottages, these delightful retreats are nestled along the shores of Nantucket Sound in South Yarmouth. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach, where soft sand and gentle waves provide the ultimate relaxation. A shared charcoal grill and picnic table area create a welcoming space for outdoor meals and gatherings. While some cottages boast stunning water views, all are just steps away from the beach, ensuring you're never far from the coastal beauty of Cape Cod.

    While our cottages do not have air conditioning, we encourage guests to open the windows and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze that is one of the unique charms of staying at Seaside Cottages. Each cottage is equipped with fans for your comfort, and our on-site office is always happy to assist with additional fans to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Quintessential New England cottage by the sea! Loved everything about it! My husband & I stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip & my parents stayed in the cottage next door. We all loved the accommodations & location! Skippers restaurant across the street was our favorite! The beach is just around the corner from the cottages & you can hear the ocean waves from your room. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great and very convenient to the beach, which was within walking distance. The cottage was cute and nicely decorated, although there was quite a bit of décor for such a small space, making it feel a little cramped. That said, the smaller size of the cottage was expected.The staff was friendly and helpful, and the host was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever we had a question.There were a few areas that could be improved. The cottage could have been cleaner, as there was quite a bit of dust and some hairs throughout the space. The sheets did not fit the bed properly, and there was no comforter provided. There also weren’t any starter toiletries for the shower, so guests should be prepared to bring their own. Another thing to be aware of is that there is no thermostat inside the cottage to control the heat.Parking is located across the street, so just be prepared for a short walk to and from your car.Overall, we had a good stay and really liked the location and the cute cottage, but a little more attention to cleanliness and a few basic amenities would have made the experience even better.
