"The house was lovely and perfectly located for us to be able to go to the wool gathering and putter around the town for some fun local shopping. The kitchen was great to cook in and had many more items (kitchenAid) than expected, but only having one sauce pan made it somewhat fun to try and cook a meal with multiple parts. The couches and recliners were very comfy for nights of knitting and relaxing after the festival. We didn't use the hot tub, but next time for sure! Bedrooms were spacious and...

"We stayed at the house for my granddaughter’s wedding and had family from 3yr old to 76! The house was well laid out for our family and the children enjoyed the yard and play area. The deck space was beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck. Location was excellent with much to do near by. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very comfortable and accommodating space for a large crowd!"

"Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay."

"This charming cabin was perfect for the 3 of us, with plenty of room to spare. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property was very peaceful and had great views. We enjoyed watching deer and other wildlife from the covered porch. The hot tub worked great. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. "It was right off the Ohio to Erie bike trail. It was spacious and clean and close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay!"
